I stayed in the hotel for barely a day from 17-Sep-2026 to 18-Sep-2026 and that too i checked in at 8 o clock in the night and checked out at 12 next day. The front staff were not at all well trained as despite my repeated request of a room on a higher floor they refused the request. The lame excuse was that as we have kids the pub noise will disturb. Imagine the pub closed that day at 12:30 and they had 3, 4 and 5th floor still they did not adhere to my request. Pls don’t ever take rooms on the 2nd floor. I have posted actual photos as clicked from room ***and outside view is of a flyover, there are tractor annd construction material and worse people are peeing too right in front of your room!!!Secondly the front staff was clearly not aware of pub timings and miscommunicated the actual timings to me that it is open till 2 am whereas the pub manager told that it is open till 1 am only. When we reached at 12:45 everything was closed as the next day was a dry day and all of this information was not used while allocating a room on the 2nd floor for us. Due to dynamic pricing we even paid ** for a room which in general is between ***. Still no consideration. The good part was the staff at breakfast and dinner restaurant and the head manager was decent enough and understood our concerns but unfortunately it was our check out time by the time i escalated the issues.

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing and far below the standards one expects from a hotel associated with the Radisson Hotel Group. First, the room quality is poor and not up to the mark. Basic amenities that are routinely provided in most hotels, such as a shaving kit, dental kit, and similar items, are not available in the room. Every time you need something, you have to call the staff and request it, which is inconvenient and unnecessary for a hotel claiming to be of this category. The behaviour of the front desk staff was also quite rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting guests politely, their attitude often felt dismissive, which significantly affected the overall experience. The food quality is below average. The buffet is particularly disappointing, with almost the same items being served every day and very little variety. For a hotel of this brand, the dining experience is far from satisfactory. Another major letdown is the gym facility, which appears to exist only in name. There are hardly any proper workout machines or equipment, making it practically unusable for anyone who wants to maintain a regular fitness routine during their stay. I also used the spa services at the hotel, for which GST was charged. However, no proper tax invoice was issued to me despite requesting it. For a hotel of this category, charging GST without issuing a proper tax invoice is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, the hotel does not live up to the expectations associated with the Radisson brand. With poor room standards, rude staff behaviour, mediocre food, lack of proper facilities, and issues with billing transparency, the experience was quite underwhelming and not worth the price charged. The management seriously needs to address these issues if they want to maintain the reputation of the brand.
