Two bedroom apartment located in the coveted South Addition neighborhood. A short walk to Westchester Lagoon and the Coastal Trail.
Easy access to nature, and a prime location. Downtown attractions, restaurants and coffeehouses are within walking distance or a short drive away. In the summer, go for a walk or bike ride on the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. In the winter ski the Coastal Trail or ice skate at the Lagoon.
10-15 minutes from the airport. Full kitchen and Private Keyless Entry. The kitchen includes everything you may need to create your own meals. 2 Queen Beds. One sofa bed (please let us know if you will need this in advance).

The location was wonderful, just 3 doors down from the coastal trail and close to down town. Very clean and peaceful. Julie is very nice kind person and went above and beyond for us. I will definitely book her again. All my family and I felt very comfortable and very happy with our stay.

This property surpasses its description! Extremely spacious and comfortable for 4 adults- The host was very responsive and the location is so perfect for exploring downtown Anchorage by walking.
