The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a twin (zip/link), along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is a permit parking for one car, located within the town centre. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.2 mikes, River Dart in 0.1 mile, and the beach in 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Upper Tremorvah is well-positioned to explore the Devonshire coastline. Note: The property is accessed by one flight of stairs with handrail.

The permit is valid in The Mayors Avenue car park 24 hours a day, except between 25th May 2027 - 1st September 2027 when it is only valid between 3pm and 10am, and Regatta week.
The permit is instead valid at the Park and Ride car park at the top of the town during Regatta weeks and for 24 hours a day between the 25th May 2027 - 1st September 2027.
