The apartment consists of a double bedroom with wardrobes, a living room with a comfortable sofa, dining area, a full bathroom with a spacious shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery, and kitchen utensils.

Very comfortable and quiet. Downside is there is really no window with access to much sunlight/daylight; they are all heavily frosted so the apartment is a little dark. However, I would stay again.

The apartment looks recently renovated, great kitchen with top appliances, great modern bathroom. It is spacious and well appointed, immaculately clean. Directions to get there, enter the property etc... are clear, check-in done through an app, communications via WhatsApp. Note: there is an elevator to your left, if you want to avoid carrying luggage up the stairs. All the windows open onto a sort of inner well between buildings, where all the AC units are located. Not much natural light coming through, and definitely not an appealing view. You will be provided with 1 sponge, 1 cleaning cloth, 1 disposable kitchen towel, 1 small container of dish liquid, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 laundry pod, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 coffee pods for the nespresso machine, soap and shampoo. Very conveniently located near Plaza de España and public transportation, 10 mins walk to Palacio Real, 15-20 mins to Plaza Mayor. Lots of convenience stores and small supermarkets within 5-10 mins walk.

Excellent accommodation, well equipped, clean, and well located. The furniture and appliances are top notch, and a lot of care taken into the decorations. Communication was excellent and check in and check out was smooth. The company operating this is very professional as reflected in the communication forms sent prior to arrival and the branded amenities made available. The only inconvenience is the heating of the apartment is controlled by the building as a whole, and it turns off at night and turns back on during the day, which made no sense given that we don't need it during day time when we are out and we got cold during our sleep with no means of heating. It was manageable with blanket but just seemed like an odd and inconvenient thing.
