Well equipped with Unifi (fast internet connection), water heater in the bathroom, water dispenser at the kitchen. Washer also available. Aircond in every bedroom and living room. Near to the Kuala Terengganu Drawbridge and very close distance to shopping malls (Mayang Mall and KTCC). Nice view from the unit (high level). Easy check in and check out with good security in the building. Easy access for e hailing (transport and food delivery). Parking spots for two cars available in the covered area. Would be good if can add standing fan as an option if we would to turn off aircond once a while.

The bedrooms and all other main facilities. The property offers something but not as extensive as I expected based on what I paid for.

No utensils to cook. Hot plate not in working condition (Host promised to replace but never did). Washing machine was not working. TV streaming only offers Netflix (no news/local channels-We also need to know what's going on although on holiday). Host wasn't welcoming (I contacted him first in all instances), he should've introduced himself first and could easily work with the Guardhouse to only hand over the keys to the unit on the day of arrival, if he was so scared guests would come in earlier without paying (like he said happened before). Don't let his experience with other guests stopped him from being hospitable to good nurtured guests like me because everyone is not equal.
