Location and house was very comfy.

The swimming pool was dirty, water heater in one of the toilet not functioning and also the living hall aircond.

Clean and fully equiped with everythings including washer, detergent etc etc plus 2 parkings

the property was clean and well managed. The view is very nice. everything was neat and clean. I love this place. Gonna come here again soon.

The location was very good, with two large malls within walking distance. The malls are very modern with plenty of restaurants and other shops. Around the apartment blocks were also many eateries selling local food. The apartment was on the 18th storey so the sea view was not blocked by the new building under construction facing the sea, though the view itself was not really great. Collection of keys was very easy with clear instructions given through whatsapp by the vendor.

The apartment was not very clean. The bedrooms do not have bedside tables where we can put our little stuff like watches, skincare etc so everything ended up either on the floor or on the bed. There are no wardrobes but a rail with many hangars. The fridge was not sanitised and had an unpleasant smell. But most disappointing was the state of the washing machine. We were a family with kids and chose an apartment so that we could wash some of our clothes but we didn't because it was just so unsanitary.
