Everything ! Location VERY good & strategic (food & shopping) It has 4 rooms (3 with AC)
AC in the living room is NOT cold. Pls look inti this.

Excellent location with close proximity to malls and shops. Ease of checking in with parking just opposite the entrance of the building. It has got a nice view facing the sea.
The bed was too soft for my liking. Cleanliness was an issue. The bathroom has dark colored tiles, but the floors were slippery(despite a rough finished surface), indicating that it was not properly scrubbed. The kitchen sink definitely needs a lot more love. The microwave oven was not usable as it was not clean. Probably, the owners should check on the cleaners. White sheets on the bed with white pillow cases would give a better impression.
