You can't beat this location. It’s literally a 5-minute walk to KTCC Mall and very close to Pantai Batu Buruk. We didn't have to drive far for food as there are many restaurant spots nearby. Will definitely come back.

Keadaan rumah memang bersih & selesa.. mcm mana di iklankan mcm tu juga la keadaan dlm rumah.. air pun laju.. smp nak tambah lagi bermalam😀

1 je nak komplen.. Kolam renang penuh tahi burung.. smp dalam air pun berbau.. anak² kecewa tak dapat mandi.. Saya cadangkan sebagai pemilik.. Pihak tuan patut cadangkan untuk letak atap mengelakkan najis burung berteraburan di situ..

A beautiful, tidy and clean apartment. The owner has great taste with stylish interior finishes and a modern furniture layout. The kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking.

The apartment has an excellent location, tasteful white décor, and an impressive chandelier that creates the first impression of a luxurious five-star hotel.

Rating: 6/10 (Fair) Unfortunately, beyond the aesthetics, the property falls short in terms of comfort and maintenance. The poor mattress quality, misleading bedroom description, and maintenance shortcomings significantly affected our comfort and experience. The biggest disappointment was the mattress. It was clearly well past its usable lifespan. The springs could be felt through the surface, the edges had lost their structure and felt soft and uneven, and even the mattress protector could not disguise its worn-out condition. A good night’s sleep was difficult. The property was advertised as a four-bedroom apartment, which was the main reason I booked it for my family. However, the fourth “bedroom” was so tiny that it could barely accommodate a single bed. In fact, the door could not fully closed because it was obstructed by the bed frame. It felt more like a storage space than a bedroom—a true “Harry Potter room.” This was misleading and should not be marketed as a proper bedroom. Small details also detracted from the premium image. The use of inexpensive plastic mugs felt out of place in an apartment that otherwise tries to project an upscale atmosphere with its elegant décor and stunning chandelier. Maintenance was another concern. The main entrance door with the keypad lock was not functioning properly. It says “low battery”, but regardless of the reason, we ended up relying on a single master key for the entire stay. This was highly inconvenient for a group, especially since this is a self-managed apartment rather than a hotel with a reception desk where keys can be safely left and collected. Additionally, one of the bedroom door locks was faulty, adding to the list of maintenance issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived.
