Was a bit dissappointed at first, when we booked, no where mentioned we need to transfer a deposit of RM200 (refundable - if no damage done during the stay). To make sure, no damages done during our stay, we had to check if there's existing damages & noticed that the curtain can't be opened, frames' mirrors for both toilets were broken/not properly intact, and leaking bidet. On top of that not enough towels - supposed to be for 6, but we only got 4. Worth to mention that toilet cleanliness can be better, with proper supplies of shower gel/shampoo etc.
We communicated with owner & she apologized and returned our deposit few hours after we checked in - very thoughtful & we really appreciate it.
