Could have used 1 or 2 more garbage bags for a family of 4

The property was beautiful. It was very comfortable just like you were home. The beds were just right. Had what you needed.

The main bath in the hall is a little small for a bigger person. Also the water pressure could have been more for thick haired people. Very light on that.

Location was superb! Make sure to check out the pipe on the beach to the left of the balcony during low tide--PRIME location to find shells!! Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all, was literally in front of us. Had hot days, windy days and some storms--loved experiencing all 3. Ripley's Aquarium was a short drive away and did not disappoint! We spent 3 1/2 hours there during a stormy day. Very close to numerous restaurants, convenience stores, Kroger and several shops. The neighborhood itself was beautiful and peaceful. The apartment itself was very well equipped with the exception of limited silverware for a family of 5 (and the room holds up to 8) we only had 3 forks and 4 spoons during our stay but we made do. All cooking utensils and cookware was provided and in good shape with the exception of cracks in the bowls and plates (plastic options would have been nice considering we had a toddler with us). Two fry pans were provided but a large pan would have been nice since, again, we were cooking for 5 (and the room holds up to 8 people). WiFi worked very well and Netflix was provided! Check in and check out was a breeze. I was able to communicate with Vacasa via text the whole time which is convenient when you have 3 little ones. Although we did request a late check out and were told that is not something they do, many other places offer this option. We also had asked if any restaurants in the area delivered and were told they did not but upon a Google search of my own I found we could have virtually anything delivered via UberEats. I had also asked if beach chairs or anything of the sort was provided and was told no. Upon arrival we discovered two chairs, a beach mat and sand toys in a clothset for us to use. Would have been nice to know instead of craming ours into our vehicle The pool was nice and went from 3 ft to 8 ft with a dividing rope in the middle to help keep the kids on the shallow side and was SUPER clean.

No late check out. Hot tub appeared dirty Limited utensils and toiletries Staff seemed to have limited knowledge about area. Hardwood floors were hard on feet. Guests are encouraged to go barefoot out floors made everyone's feet hurt.

This was our second stay. Very private, quiet, easy walkway to beach. Beds were comfortable which is hard to find. Plenty of place for a family.

Limited good kitchen utensils & supplies, lots of them were broken or not usable (bad pans) Tv remote in bunk beds wasn’t there, looked everywhere! Master shower was leaking downstairs and appeared to have mold spots?
