Upon entering the unit, we noticed right away that there was a large area of water damage in the ceiling above the dining area, adjacent to another area of water damage. The new area seemed to be moist and seemed to grow through our stay. The unit felt damp and the floors in the kitchen felt spongy, with several large gaps in the flooring. The screen door had a hinge that had worked its way off the doorjamb. The stove has a film on it as if something was spilled and hadn't been cleaned up.
