Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or unwinding after a beach day, this space is designed for real relaxation. Located on the first floor of the building (accessed via two flights of stairs; no elevator), Beach Sleeps is close to shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and family-friendly attractions, while still feeling like a peaceful coastal retreat. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy, whether you’re cooking for the family or prepping beach-day snacks. • Dishwasher, Keurig Duo (K-cups & ground coffee), griddle, toaster, microwave, blender, rice cooker, beer/wine fridge, stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer ★ Thoughtful Essentials (Save Time & Money) ★ We’ve stocked the condo with the things guests always forget, so you don’t have to run to the store as soon as you arrive. • Starter essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, and Starbucks K-Cups • Generously stocked supplies: body wash, shampoo, conditioner (in-shower dispensers), hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and extra trash bags • All linens included: bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels (Please note: beach towels are not provided) ★ Family-Friendly Features ★ Designed with families in mind: comfortable, practical, and fun. • Private screened-in balcony with ocean and pool views • 4 Smart TVs with cable • Outdoor community pool (open April 1 – October 15) • Two outdoor showers for post-beach rinse-offs • Adult and kid board games • Giant Jenga and Connect 4 ★ Beach Gear Included ★ Skip rental fees and packing stress. Our ground-level, assigned storage closet means no hauling beach gear up the stairs — just grab and go. Guests are welcome to enjoy the seasonal community pool (open April 1 to October 15), perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. A unique digital door code will be provided prior to check-in and will automatically expire at the end of your stay. The same code works for both the front door and the beach storage closet, so you won’t need to keep track of multiple codes. ★ Interaction with Guests ★ We give our guests space but are always just a message away if you need anything. The condo was very clean and well stocked. My husband and I had coffee on the screened porch every morning with a nice view of the pool and the ocean. A bunk room accommodates the kids nicely! Sarah the property manager was very quick to respond to any questions and was able to offer a late check out. Our family had a great time!

The condo is in a great location, everything you need for a little one, plenty of sand toys, umbrella, chairs, etc and very clean, The owner was quick to respond to any questions that I had.

This was an easy and amazing experience from start to finish. From the email providing restaurant and activity recommendations to the clean and inviting condo. The location is only a few feet from the beach and a few minutes to restaurants and activities. My husband and I had a wonderful time with zero complaints and lots of memories we'll cherish forever. We will absolutely be renting from them again. Would highly recommend.

My guests and I were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the condo and the communication of the property owner. All of our questions were answered quickly and our overall stay went very smoothly. This place makes it so easy and I will definitely be booking again if I find myself in NMB!
