It was a good neighborhood and close to where we had our trip planned.
1. One of the showers didn’t have hot water. The one that is in the room with the two beds.
2. This same toilet, had a door that doesn’t locked.
3. The table was unbalanced. We had to fix it with some pieces of cardboard.
4. We stayed without WIFI the last 2 days because of the internet company (this was out of their hands) but as the service didn’t came up, they suggested that the evolve team enter the house when we weren’t at home to fix the issue. We had our personal stuff so we decided to remain without internet.
5. There was no cleaning liquid to mop the floor as when we arrived it was kind of greasy already. We had to use water to mop as we were staying 5 days.
6. We suggested a late checkout (12 at noon instead of 10am) as we had senior adults with us. They told us that they couldn't do us the favor because the cleaning company arrived exactly at 10am, which was not true.
