Master bedroom features 1 king bed , with pool view, and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 1 queen bed in each room . ensuring a perfect night's sleep for 6 guests. The house also includes 2 bathrooms with showers . Formal dining for hosting family dinners. Living room with pool view. A family room for family movie night. Full kitchen . The property was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The host responded in a timely fashion, in the beginning, I believe there was a translation problem, she miss understood some communication and canceled me at first and then she changed it and accepted the rental.Cleanliness was a Big Problem for me. The host said that they were doing a Deep Cleaning of the property and that was not True. The master bathroom smelt of urine and there was urine on the back part of the seat and it took days of cleaning and sanitizing for it to be masked. There was hair in the shower and the floor in the master bedroom and room needs repair. The 2nd bathroom didn’t smell but it wasn’t that clean either. We came prepared with cleaning supplies. Dead flies, a couple in the kitchen by the window. No one dust. Old Used sponges were in the kitchen sink.The outside front door entrance was covered with bugs and debris. This might sound petty but when a host says they’re doing a Deep Cleaning, I expect more than what was presented.Otherwise it was good. The esthetics(decor)were nice .Just need a better cleaning plan and repairs to the master bedroom and bathroom.

The place exceeded expectations! Great location in an established neighborhood, the total contemporary remodel is outstanding. The marble flooring complimented by metal sculptures throughout, and high end kitchen appliances made for great guest-appeal. The pool patio and coveted porch with plenty of lounge chairs and an outside table were ideal for our family gatherings.
