Luxury Cottage, views of the Lakes with Hot Tub

Very clean and well equipped . Great views.

Nothing to dislike

The property is in a good location, although a little tricky to find initially. The views From the living room and bedroom are amazing and the jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. There was a lovely welcoming basket with wine, crisps and biscuits, which was a lovely touch We did encounter a couple of issues on arrival but they were very quickly rectified and compensated for. The hosts are easily contactable and clearly want their guests to have a lovely stay. There is a small convenience store 2 mins walk away or bigger supermarkets in Cockermouth, which is only a short car drive away.

There were some chipped plates that needed replacing. The toilet tissue is of poor quality considering "luxury". I think it's also a great shame that fake turf is draped around the carpark area when a low maintenance rockery with ground cover plants would look more appealing and make the property look so much nicer. We were blessed with amazing hot sunshine but unfortunately no parasol for the patio. Despite the above, it is still a property that we would love to return to.

Great location, very well set up house (upstairs living room and kitchen for views), lovely and modern kitchen and bathrooms, spotless and comfy and ideal base to explore more areas of the lakes.

Cosy, clean and exceeded all expectations with an amazing view highly recommended.
