Beautiful views. Great location to get wherever we wanted. Very high spec property.

Seemed to be flies coming in, but not sure how, or where from. Couldn’t add chemicals to hot tub as none in jar; only used this once. Better toilet paper to match spec of property.

Lovely bank holiday family break! Wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful & peaceful cottage! Loved the views from upstairs, could see the fells when relaxing in the lounge. Great decor, & very comfortable. The hot tub was so nice! Great hosts, who communicated everything we needed to know. Thank you for the welcome chocolates, they were much appreciated.

Everything . The property is amazing . The views from living room window is beautiful. Absolutely stunning place. The house was just a 8 minute car drive away from cockermouth which was perfect to grab a few bits for our stay .

Fantastic short break and amazing place to stay!

Everything! Kitchen equiped with the most needed tools! You can cook like at home really! The living area on 1st floor giving the best views of the area! Also fantastic hosts who responds quickly to your messages and bottle of wine was a really nice touch! Highly recommed this place and booking once again when visiting lakes next time!

Fab stay in amazing place!

The property is amazing. Very modern and luxurious. Owners have thought of everything to ensure a great stay including essential cooking items for self catering. Bottle of wine and sweets as a welcome are a nice touch. The hot tub is fab with great views! The property is very clean. Just fab

Few problems at the start but couldn’t wise for anymore help sorting it out.

Absolutely incredible.

We honestly couldn't fault this luxury cottage. It was absolutely beautiful, we went for my partners 30th birthday and the cottage was amazing, the hot tub was incredible and the scenery was breathtaking! Would definitely love to go back and stay here again.

Fabulous Stay!

The property was quirky with the living room & kitchen upstairs which was beautiful & very clean. The Cartmel choccies & wine were a lovely gesture for our stay. The bedrooms were spacious & 2 en suite bathrooms. The showers were fab and we loved the outdoor space, lots of space on the grass & the hot tub was a fab feature. The views were phenomenal with the sun out. We also had a wee visitor every evening, a ginger cat and he was incredibly friendly. He lay on the decking whilst we chilled out back or in the hot tub. We would love to come back.

The lane was very narrow with parking being a tad awkward but nothing we couldn’t manage! A lot of little flies got into the bedroom but its expected this time of year

Gorgeous setting with a great view of the countryside. The living room, dining and kitchen upstairs took full advantage of this. Very private house with free parking.

It's more of a personal preference but a firmer mattress would be great. And a refresh of some kitchen utensils, including pots and pans would be useful as some are well used and scratched.

Hot tub with beautiful views, everything was perfect, spotlessly clean ,full of extra touches which came in handy (cooking oil , kitchen towel, tea, coffee,sugar, cleaning products, to name but a few) ,Callum and Kathryn where great straight on the phone when i messaged to say i couldnt find the place thankyou 10/10

it felt like home away from home

I loved the little treats put inside the homemade fudge was a great addition. it was homely and I love feeling as if that was my home. couldn’t fault any of it especially the help from staff

there were dead flies on the windowsills, it mentions there are dishwasher tablets and yet couldn’t find any under the sink but apart from that it was amazing

Beautiful cottage with lovely views. Well equipped with everything you need. Good location and helpful hosts. Good outdoor space as well as indoor space. Quiet location but easy access to the lakes.

A little difficult to find, you need to take the turning after the post office as off Main Street. The lane to the cottage is a little tight if you have a large car.

Exceptional in every way from the minute wee booked to the day we left

everything about the cottage was exceptional; it was clean accessible and contemporary; the cottage is finished to high standard with all your everyday appliances. love that it was eco friendly to reduce our carbon footprint. the setting was perfect the view over the hills were phenomenal. The gift of wine and chocolates went down a treat a d the prompt replies to our question were answered in a timely manner.

the narrow lane to the cottage as car just fitted through and no more. but this would not stop us from booking again just one suggestion as there are restaurants listed within the app it would be good if some delivery take away menus were put in the cottage
