Very good location, free parking on the street, beautiful 180 degree seaview from the balcony, even from the dinong room. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, all rooms aircontitioned, comfortable furnitures, two bathrooms. Patrick, the owner is a very handsome guy! 😀
Third floor w/o elevator which can be challange with a lot of bags, otherwise during the stay no issue.

Very nicely furnished and modern apartment. Owner very down to earth and effective, immediate communication.
No elevator, we climbed four storeys by stairs having kids, including an infant and luggages.
Also, there could have been extra blankets as the apartment felt cold during the night. However, there was A/C (extra pay per use). Neighbour underneath came twice complaining about our kids footsteps (running) being noisy, as he wanted to sleep during the day.
