Straight forward, spot on and easy to get. Also liked the personal email ahead of arrival with a contact point if needed, was reassuring and made me feel like it would all go well. Nice touch
Refuse collection in Malta is very different to the UK, seemed to work well and lots of plastics recycling bins through town etc, so not a problem for us.

This apartment is huge, bigger than my flat in London! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking stuff. The AC was good and I was very happy there was a lift after climbing lots of stairs in my accommodation in Valletta. The towels, bedding and furniture was good quality. The pool is across the road and not bad size. When I was there in October it wasn't very busy.
There's a lot of building work going on in the town and the flats next to the pool were being worked on so it was very noisy. the building work started at 7am. I think the bedroom could do with thicker curtains to help you sleep past sunrise.
