Like the location and easy checkin checkout process. Stayed here for 3 weeks. Room is comfortable and fully furnished including high speed wifi, android tv, washer, dryer, fridge and stove. It's on top of the mall connected to LRT University station so everything is in walking distance. Even have free parking slot though I didn't use it. Have the access to gym and swimming pool.
Not the property issue but frequent sounds of loudspeaker from nearby places might be disturbing if you have to attend some online meetings and so on

This unit is nice and comfortable. It's clean too.
Hardly to find parking. But once you find the parking..the lift is just nearby.
