It was very near to UM.
I had been given a Basement-3 parking lot. It was inconvenient that the signage (indicators) for vehicles to get to the exit gate was insufficient and confusing.

Check in required rm100 deposit in cash only. And if early checkout have to wait for bank in to return deposit.
Towels were old
Hot water shower was not hot
