It was very near to UM.
I had been given a Basement-3 parking lot. It was inconvenient that the signage (indicators) for vehicles to get to the exit gate was insufficient and confusing.

The location is excellent, with a large supermarket and many restaurants right across the street. It's also very close to UM.
The day before check-in, the landlord requested to contact him via WhatsApp and asked for the full room payment to be transferred. It was emphasized that only after receiving the full payment, the room would be reserved, which I found unreasonable. After making the payment, I discovered that there was an additional cleaning fee that I was unaware of, as there was no prior information about it. The room had poor sound insulation, and the parking situation was inconvenient as the window view was of the parking area.
