The studio soartment is very clean and comfortable with good kitchenette, enough mugs, a very convenient washing machine. There also extra floor matress, extra pillows. The photos on the walls are of flowers and modern arts, not picture of animals or human beings. Do keep it up, we feel comfortable and at peace staying there. Thank you for making it that way
If possible, may be you can put a non- slippery mat for the bathroom please.

The room was spacious and well organised, clean, equipped with everything needed. The gym, sauna, and pool were great, and the security staff were very nice, polite and helpful. The location was great, as well.
The explanation how enter facility for people who are not using any cars, maybe you can make a video of the whole check in process. If there are more and better quality towels, that would be great.

The staff were responsive and easy to work with.
I liked that the bedroom was completely separated from the rest of the place by a sliding door so it afforded some quiet while resting when someone else is working outside.
Parking was a bit tricky to find. The entrance to the residence is much smaller and more hidden than the mall entrance so I ended up circling back twice because I missed it! Just drive slowly past the mall entrance and you'll see a cove entrance on your left. That's where it is. This is no fault of the staff though! They gave as detailed explanation as they could.

ロケーションは最高。ショッピングモールや駅と直結しておりとても便利。アパートメント自体は少し古い感じでしたが部屋はとても綺麗で快適でした。スタッフの対応も良く、備え付けの洗濯洗剤が切れていると報告したらすぐに新しいものを用意してくれたのはとても助かりました。尚、スタッフの方は常駐しておらずWhat's appでやり取りすることになるのでインストールしていくことをお勧めします。
冷蔵庫と電子レンジのコンセントが共有で電子レンジを使うときに一度冷蔵庫のプラグを抜かなくてはいけないのが少し不便だった。
洗濯機に乾燥機はついていますが普通に干したい場合干す場所がなかった。
(窓側にあるエアコンの室外機置き場に干すようですがあまり綺麗ではなかったのでそこには干さなかった。)
