The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere made it easy to meet fellow travelers from around the world. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was one of the male staff members, a university student whose positive energy seemed to brighten the entire hostel. His sense of humor, friendly personality, and genuine kindness created a welcoming environment from the moment I arrived. No matter the time of day, he was always willing to help with recommendations, directions, travel advice, or any questions I had. His enthusiasm and dedication to guests went far beyond what is expected, and he played a huge role in making my stay enjoyable and stress-free. Staff like him are a rare find and are a big reason why I would happily stay here again and recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Almaty. Pretty clean hostel and comfortable stay.

Space in one of the rooms is a bit small so may get a little cramped.

The receptionist guy was polite and helpful

Hostel owner was very helpful and very peaceful place also it's near from the main city center.

There was no ac or fan in the room which is very disappointing coz so hot outside.
