Alu Boutique Hotel and Conference

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at Alu Boutique Hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive even before check-in. Mam Zandile was amazing and made me feel very welcome. The room was clean, warm, and beautiful. The team also went the extra mile by assisting my boyfriend with directions and helping us with cutlery in the morning. Great service and a lovely experience — I’ll definitely be back!

The area is secluded and a fresh breath of breeze Perfect for a getaway excursion. Facilities top tier Staff top tier “It could literally give other BNB’s a run for their money” Definitely exceeded our expectations Thank you ALU

the room was comfortable and the internet was good. The receptionist was pleasant and tried to make my stay comfortable under the circumstances. She also showed me the rooms and gave me the option of which one to stay in.

At first arriving at the property there was no sign on the outside boundary wall indicating that it was indeed the correct place. The area the property is situated in is a bit dodgy and makes one feel unsafe. The photos of the property on bookings.com must be old photos , as the property was not well maintained. Plaster was coming off the walls , the doors of the rooms weren't nice , the floors aren't tiled but epoxy flooring and not well done as the epoxy was scraped on the bottoms of the walls. The blinds in the room I stayed in was ugly and damaged. The pool was not clean. The first few days I was not provided a gate remote , and I had to rely on staff to open the gate - of which they weren't available early in the morning which made me late.
