Location is excellent.
One is provided with a pin code to use when entering premises for check in. Keys are made available in ways that doesn't make one panick when check in is at late hours as one doesn't have to wake either owner or workers. Even on check out keys are dropped in a box outside the yard as the gate is a sliding one.
The good made me unable to pick up weaknesses.

The bed was nice and big and for the fact that you had a remote for the gate
For travellers it would be nice if there was an early check in
$$$$
