    We had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and spotless, with a great tea/coffee machine, fresh milk sachets, and big cups. The fridge and TV with plenty of channels were a nice touch, and the Wi-Fi was stable. Breakfast buffet on Xmas Day was good, and dinner portions were generous. The staff were mostly very friendly - shoutout to Octavia (Head of Housekeeping), Thokozane (breakfast service), and Malefane (main reception). However, there were some downsides. The hotel is still under renovation, and paint smells were an issue. The kitchen staff serving eggs could've been friendlier, and breakfast options were a bit limited (would've loved baked beans and more choices!). Also, Christmas dinner had some limitations due to a busy lunch service. Overall, it was a good Christmas getaway! 😊

    Having arrived late and needing to leave early, requested for packed breakfast which unfortunately was said to be not possible since we arrived after the Kitchen had closed at 10.00pm! Surely had expected some solution that could perhaps have some emergency cover for Kitchen related services! disappointment was the lack of initiative to accommodate our request.
