Excellent location, excellent view from room.
The stairs, and the door entering the complex at night slams shut and is very looud.

The apartment was a great size, clean (smelled so fresh), excellent location with the most amazing ocean views. It was close to the ferry, funicular and Marina Grande beach which was very convenient, literally a 2 minute walk. This was extremely convenient because the funicular (which runs every 15 mins) takes you up to Capri town. From Capri town you can take a bus up to Anacapri. Marina Grande Beach has tons of restaurants, shops and the dock for most of the boats. You would think it would be loud given the location but you really cant hear anything with the door closed. At night when all the day tourists leave and early in the morning you can leave the door open and it's so peaceful and serene. Daily cleaning is available with fresh towels. The bonus was our host Sasi. He was absolutely amazing. We communicated via whatsapp and always responded promptly taking care of us like a personal concierge. He met us upon arrival and helped us with our luggage. He also gave us many recommendations, made our dining reservations, suggested a great private boat tour, arranged a private car for us, massage and even ordered a porter service to take care of our bags upon departure so it would be on the ferry when departed at 530am. Anything we needed Sasi was there to assist and our stay on Capri would not have been as great as it was without his kindness and hospitality. I would highly recommend staying here as the value is excellent for what you get. The only thing to be aware of is that there are stairs so if have any mobility issues reach out in advance to see if there are any options to accommodate this.

Perfect location, 2 minutes walk fron Marina Grande, 1 minute from the beach, bus station, funicular and taxi station - basically very, very close to all important points. The host met us as we came off the ferry and helped with our suitcases. The room was just like the pictures show, very large but I think the view was even better than the photos. When we booked, I was initially concerned that it would be noisy but once the balcony door is closed there is no noise from outside but we always had it open as we enjoyed the sound of the waves at night and all the hussle and bustle of Marina Grande during the day. There is also an external blind if you need it in addition to the internat normal blinds. The beach is right up front, 1 minute from the building, you just go download the stairs and it was wonderfully peaceful in the morning. Very nice restaurants and shops, mini markets too close by. The bed was extremely comfortable, all cleaning and towels changing was done daily and the bedding changed every couple of days unless you asked for it to be changed more often. The kitchen had all we needed. The bathroom is also fully equipped. There was also a washing machine, mini ironing board and iron. Had the most wonderful stay here. The host was very kind and helpful. Beautiful sunrise every morning and we did not even have to get out of bed to see it. We stayed one week and would definitely highly recommend and we plan to return.
