The host was very nice and even reacted fast to special requests such as bringing us scissors when we really needed them, or letting us leave the luggage in a special safe. The inside of the property feels very safe thanks to a big fence and cameras outside.
Also, phenomenal room service. Everything was super clean which was very important for us.

I would share that using WhatsApp as a form of communication and not sharing that with your guest prior to travel is not helpful. Email or text like all the other places we visited for an American is what I would find helpful and the first form of communication. The location is a good location.
The location is a great location. It would be hard to find if owner was unavailable. It rained the next day. And I asked if we could stay an extra hour because it was down pouring and I never received an answer. My daughter and I went to a restaurant at 11:00am that was so nice to let us in with our bags. The restaurant was more hospitable then the place we stayed at. Not sure if I would recommend. The owners English is very hard to understand. For a first timer coming to Capri it would have been better having a place that was better English speaking. Also, the restaurant we had booked through the Villa fell through that night. We were so disappointed. Found another option. With a great view from the restaurant that could no longer have us for dinner. I'm not sure we ever had a reservation.
