Great location. La Gloriette is very close to the Funicular. There are very few steps to climb; which is most important if you have luggage. The staff communicated before our arrival with instructions. They were quick to reply to questions. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Sunset and sunrise were both spectacular from our location. There wasn't a breakfast, which was not important to us. We prefer to go out for a morning cappuccino and baked good.
The bed was comfortable. The room was not large but we had enough floor space to open our luggage.
No complaints.

Fantastic location tucked away a few minute walk from the main piazza. No stairs to reach it from the piazza which is a plus after lugging our luggage up the funicular stairs (but very convenient relative to many other locations). The room was much larger than expected which was nice and the view from the window is outstanding. Daily towel refresh and bed making is a plus for this type of accommodation. Felt very safe and our host was very responsive on WhatsApp and let us leave our luggage prior to check-in, which we really appreciated! It was a great stay for the price in Capri (a very expensive island to stay on!)

Chambre jolie, bien décorée, avec une vue superbe et une belle lumière.
Gian-Marco qui était notre hôte s’est montré sympathique et nous a conseillé sur des restaurants.
Il faudrait de meilleures indications pour accéder au logement (guide pas-à-pas, photos de la porte) car le nom La Gloriette est à peine visible et il n’y a pas de comptoir de réception.

Le calme, la proximité du centre et de la piazzetta , la propreté du logement et la gentillesse du jeune homme blond ( gestionnaire) que nous avons découvert en frappant à une porte au hasard, au check in .
Pour le check in, aucune indication à l’entrée. Ensuite, le manque de luminosité et d’extérieur: seulement une fenêtre pour tout le logement. Le sommier précaire…Un réfrigérateur minuscule et un équipement sommaire. La clim bruyante et capricieuse.De plus, la seule fenêtre ( sans double vitrage) ne fermait pas..
