Apartamento La Casa del Abuelo

The property was well equipped with everything we needed, it was very clean , as it is a ground floor flat the access to the swimming pool was very easy so we could in the swimming pool with the kids and go back to the flat to get something if we needed it

The apartment is a perfect size for 4 (there were 3 of us). It was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay, incuding a fully equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the pool towels in addition to our bathroom towels. We loved that it was on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. Shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. We weren't in touch with Ana, the owner, other than at the beginning and end of our stay, but she was very pleasant and gave excellent and clear instructions. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if back in Nerja.

There is nothing that we found negative in this apartment but here are couple of points to that might be of help to others. - There is no children's pool and no real shallow "end" for small kids. - The apartment is in a more residential area (we liked this) but only a 15 minute walk to the beach.

This is our third visit to this apartment. The last two years we have considered visiting other places and other apartments but the combination of Nerja and this lovely apartment have persuaded us to return! In a quiet area, the apartment is in a good location for shops, bars and restaurants. The main town is only a 15-20 minute walk away. The apartment is well presented, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. We love that you can access the pool directly from the terrace. It has set a standard for us that many apartments just do not meet, hence why we keep coming back!
