Apartamento La Casa del Abuelo

The property was spacious, modern , well-equipped and comfortable. The bedrooms were large, with plenty storage room. The beds were very comfortable. There was two tvs where you could chromecast. The kitchen facilities were also very nice with a nice coffee machine, washing machine and spacious fridge and freezer. The balcony area was well shaded with the pool just a few steps away and access onto the pool through the balcony. The house was very modern with lovely touches and facilities eg. Pull out shoe rack, light up mirror in the bathroom, good shower etc. The owner was a dream to communicate with. Made sure our stay was seem less and comfortable. Absolute dream and lovely lady. Made sure we had water in the fridge on arrival and quick to respond with everything. Would recommend this place to anyone from families to friends. The pool area is big and very relaxing with privacy, plenty of sunshine . Great facilities nearby and only a 10 minute walk from centre of nerja and a lovely market nearby.

The property was well equipped with everything we needed, it was very clean , as it is a ground floor flat the access to the swimming pool was very easy so we could in the swimming pool with the kids and go back to the flat to get something if we needed it

The apartment is a perfect size for 4 (there were 3 of us). It was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay, incuding a fully equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the pool towels in addition to our bathroom towels. We loved that it was on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. Shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. We weren't in touch with Ana, the owner, other than at the beginning and end of our stay, but she was very pleasant and gave excellent and clear instructions. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if back in Nerja.

There is nothing that we found negative in this apartment but here are couple of points to that might be of help to others. - There is no children's pool and no real shallow "end" for small kids. - The apartment is in a more residential area (we liked this) but only a 15 minute walk to the beach.
