Casa Rocío en Nerja

It has a pool, nice view to the mountains from the balcony. Always found a place to park my car around the building. Not in their parking lot - since it has only ~10 parking spaces, it was never free in the evening.

It was not very clean. Any dish we would take, it was dirty. There was a lot of random stuff left from other tenants - photos attached. The light in corridor was not working - among the other trash I have a found a working lightbulb and changed it. Shower was leaking onto the floor and the door made LOUD noises. Also the door to the shower room requires strength to close as it is touching the floor. There was only 1 trashbag left for us for 4 nights stay - of course it was full before we left. I messaged Alberto (host) that we need more bags (I’m not buying a whole roll for 2 remaining days, this stuff should be provided in an apartment) and he did bring it but we had to listen to him how this is ok for this time but next time get it yourself, we’re lucky he’s in the country and not traveling. I don’t care, get your cleaner or yourself leave more trashbags next time.

Property has all equipment as stated, the host was easy to communicate and the his response was immediate. He was very helpful with check in at different time. All room were clean, all AC worked.

Everything is nice clean and beautiful Thanks for all! My first stay in Nerja, I like it so much and I would like to come back again!
