About this apartment rental

The street is very quiet, you will not be disturbed by the noise of bars and nightclubs. Everything is within a walking distance: town centre, beaches, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, gym, kids playground, pharmacy,

This apartment is ideal for 4 guests. Exceptionally, we can admit 1 or 2 extra guests for an additional fee. When you book, please, fill in the total number of guests (including children).

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds.
Living room: sofa bed (for 2 people).
Bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, plates. Everything is electric, so you don't need any gas bottles.

Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner.

Air conditioning / heating.

Private Parking. Please note that the places are not attributed. If the parking is full you can park you car in the street, it is a free of charge area.

You have access to the communal wifi for free. Wifi is provided by Edificio Almijara, we are not responsible for its speed, security, maintenance or any other technical issues.

For short stays (less than 1 month) we provide:
- 1 set of bed linen / bed.
- 1 bath towel / guest.

For long stays (more than 1 month) we provide:
- 2 sets of bed linen / bed.
- 2 bath towels / guest.

If you travel with a baby, please bring everything you need for the baby (baby cot/linen/towels etc) with you. We do not provide any baby equipment. We do not charge any fees for your baby's stay (if he/she does not use our regular "adult" beds/bed linen/towels).

The rental price includes normal use of electricity and water. Please, turn off the lights, water and air conditioning every time when you leave the apartment.

The clients are responsible for all keys/access cards whilst they are in their possession and for their safe return. Loss of any keys/access cards while in your charge will occur a 100 EUR replacement charge.

The clients are responsible for the security of the property at all times whilst in possession of keys/access cards and for the safe keeping of all items of the apartment.

Check-in: from 15:00 to 22:00.
If you arrive after 22:00, we apply a late check in fee:
- 50 EUR if you arrive from 22:00 till 00:00.
- 80 EUR if you arrive between 00:00 and 02:00.
- 100 EUR if you arrive between 02:00 and 03:00.
This late check in fee is payable on your arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note, in order to comply with the local regulation, before their arrival, all the guests are required to send us a copy of their national identity card or passport, so that we could establish a rent contract.

Check-out: before 11:00.

When you check out, we don't expect you to leave the apartment cristal clean but we do expect that you respect our work and keep it, as well as the bed linen and towels tidy and in acceptable condition (you have all the necessary to do a quick cleaning from times to times during your stay). Please note that you are not booking a 5 star luxury hotel, you are booking a self catering apartment.

HOW TO GET THERE.

Nerja is easily accessible by public transport (train + bus). You can also take a taxi or rent a car.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT.

1. Train (treno RENFE).

Take line C1 Malaga - Fuengirola (direction Malaga) from the Aeropuerto station to Malaga Maria Zambrano station.

Warning: Malaga airport is served by the line C1 Malaga - Fuengirola, when you take it from the airport to Malaga, it is impossible to take the wrong one (just take the right direction). When you go from Malaga to the airport, make sure you take the line C1, because in Malaga, there is another line, C2 Malaga - Alora, which does not serve the airport.

The train runs on average every 10 or 20 minutes. The ticket costs about 2€. When you are leaving the airport, cross the road and walk a little. You will see the train station, a glass building with red panels.

In the entrance there are ticket machines available in several languages (English, French, Spanish etc). Keep your ticket til the end of your trip, you will need it to exit.

2. Bus.

Malaga Bus Station (Estacion de autobuses de Málaga) is located 5 min walk away from the train station. There is a bus to Nerja, the service is provided by Alsa bus company. The bus runs at least once an hour, you get off at the last stop. The journey takes on average from an hour and a half to two hours, depending on traffic conditions. The ticket costs about 5€.

You can buy your tickets at the bus station, in Alsa ticket office (there are several bus companies in Spain and each company has its own office). If you are in front of the departures/arrivals display, the Alsa ticket office is in the left part of the building. There is also a ticket machine available in several languages (English, French, Spanish etc).

We recommend you to have a jacket or sweater because the air conditioning in the bus is very strong.

The apartment is about 10 minutes walk away from the Nerja bus stop. You can also take a taxi, the journey in town costs about 5€.

TAXI.

You can book your taxi online, there are a lot of web sites. On average the taxi from the airport to Nerja costs about 70€ - 80€.

CAR RENTAL.

It is better to book your car in advance in order to get better rates.

The apartment had everything we needed for a long stay. Exactly as the photos. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens and appreciated the shopping trolley. We have already booked another stay. Thank you Tatiana.

A lovely, clean 2 bedroom apartment in a residential area fifteen minute walk away from Nerja town centre. Apartment had everything we needed, washing machine, bedding, towels etc. The communal garden and swimming pool are kept immaculate. Great facility with the tennis court too. We have booked again to return to this apartment.

Great location, close to both Burriana beach and Nerja town centre (about 10 minute walk to both). Private car park available but if this is full there is plenty of space on the road outside. Apartment and balcony are quite small and basic but fully equipped with all necessaries including air conditioning in all the rooms and a washer. Communal pool is a really good size and wasn't often busy. Apartment block was quiet at night and mainly occupied with families and older people. Would recommend to everyone. We loved our two weeks here and if we return to Nerja, will definitely stay here again.
