This compact one bedroom apartment in Nerja has a twin bedroom, a double sofa bed in the lounge and one bathroom with capacity for 4 guests.
Located on the 2nd floor of a low rise apartment building on a private residential development, the property is fully air-conditioned and guests have access to a communal swimming pool with sun terrace. The lovely beach and beachside restaurants at Burriana are within 10 minutes' walk and the famous Balcon in Nerja is 20 minutes' walk away.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside:Large communal swimming pool, balcony with patio furniture. Access to the property is via stairs.
Inside:Air conditioning throughout (also heats in the cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), iron, hair dryer, TV. A cot and high chair, if required, can be rented locally for a small daily charge.
In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has one bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.
Apartment Verano Azul is located 72 km from Malaga airport, 110 km from Granada airport, 650 metres from Nerja Bus station, 160 metres from Spa supermarket, 800 metres from beautiful Burriana Beach and restaurants, 1.3 km from the famous Balcon de Europa, 250 metres from Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 7.5 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 4 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 26 km from Aquavelis water park, 29 km from Baviera Golf course, 96 km from the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.
The apartment is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood and is a very popular choice for families with young children and couples too.
A car is recommended for visitors to the apartment for getting around but is not essential. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi driver who offers a competitively-priced airport transfer if required.

The apartment is in a great location for all facilities it’s exceptionally clean and great TV package and views of the mountain and sea are brilliant.
