The staff, the breakfast (paid apart), the view from my room on the 31st floor. Plenty of restaurants nearby plus a convenience store across the street. Small but nice balcony. Air conditioner worked very well. Elevators were fast.
The room has very basic equipment. The beach in front of the hotel isn't the best. Wi-Fi was very intermittent at best. When I arrived there was no soap in the bathroom to shower and I had to go out and buy my own. Only two towels for two people eleven nights. Additional (change) of towels were extra. The safe isn't working.

Amamos a vista, a cordialidade dos funcionários da recepção e a atenção do proprietário, que foi muito prestativo na resolução dos problemas e ainda concedeu um check-in antecipado, o que fez diferença na nossa chegada.
.A limpeza deixou a desejar no início, pois itens básicos não foram repostos e as toalhas não estavam em boas condições. No entanto, após contato com o proprietário, os problemas foram resolvidos prontamente. Sugiro maior atenção à limpeza e à conferência dos itens antes da entrada dos hóspedes.

A fechadura quebra. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo e como tenho alergia fiquei gripado.
