Good Potential, but Not a True Resort Experience.

Overall, the place is not bad at all; however, it does not really fit the resort category as suggested by the name. It feels more like a hostel or a lower-category accommodation. I don’t mean that in a negative way, but it did feel a bit misleading.

As mentioned, the hotel itself has potential, but it clearly needs better maintenance and more attention to cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. The toilet was unfortunately very dirty, and the housekeeping cleaning standards need serious improvement. At check-in, we also didn’t feel particularly welcomed, which was disappointing. Staff training is needed.

Properly authentic, superb food and service.

Great food, great value, amazing local feel, owner onsite and welcoming. Top tier.

Maybe rooms could be more modern but on the whole they add to an authentic feel that is really quite nice.

Comfortable Stay

We stayed here for one night while transiting - The rooms were spacious and mostly clean. The staff were friendly. The pool was lovely, great for a morning dip. The beds were comfortable

The location was okay, there wasn't much vegan/vegetarian food in the area and none served at the restaurant so had to order food from far away. The room smelt damp and there was a bit of mould on the ceilings. We're not sure if there was wifi, we weren't told about it on arrival and weren't given a password for it, but we were only there for one night so it didn't bother us

Everything is old and screams for renovation

The view is good.

Rooms are okay but could use some renovation. Sheets, pillow cases and towels definitely should be replaced as it has holes in it.

Staff are amazing! Ayu was a great she really made the stay super amazing. The food is delicious, rooms look over rice fields and banana trees. The pool is perfect, lovely sun beds

Good

- The staff was friendly and polite - The breakfast was good - Room, pool and all the environment was great and clean. I love my room so quiet and nice the paddys view. - Wifi is good. The TV wasn't working when we check in(freeze), but after we talked to the front desk our problem was solved and we can watch until we check out.(The engineering just forget to return the chair back to the terrace😊)

- Need some maintenance inside the room - Please upgrade the facilities , in the room need mineral water bottle (at least 2), mini bar, and water heater. Also the linen need change(sheets, pillow) Overall was great.. Keep the good work..

It was clean, the bed was nice and the shower got nice and warm.

In the booking the check out time is stated as 13:00 Sadly I was awakened at 12:10 with the notice the checkout time was overdue. I told this at reception and they said it was a mistake in the booking and they will adres it asap. It was still a less relaxed way to end a pretty good stay.

Great view out of the balcony, especially if you get a room upstairs. However the balcony reeks of cat dumps so maybe put it in the cleaning list. Staff is very nice and helpful. The room has hot water for shower so that's nice.

A bit hard to find, map seems to locate it wrong. The sign needs a bigger font in black to make it easier to see. Cleaning hour is all over the place that I decided to just snatch a broom from the cleaning cart and sweep my room myself. Contact shared here is the owner's number who takes a long time replying; maybe just give us the front office number to make things easier. No heater in the room to make beverages with, hot water is available to buy at the resto for IDR 5K for a full 500 ml tumbler. No shower area around the pool.

Not bad but could use some love and fixes.

Super friendly and helpful staff, good and quiet location (scooter rental is recommended though as it's a little bit outside everything), hot shower water after asking for it, comfy beds, spacious and good food from their restaurant.

The rooms I saw all needs a touch-up (changed the second day as I'm sensitive to mold so I saw a couple of em), stained sheets and covers, rooms are by no means soundproof as stated and shower pressure is immensely bad.

the amount of bugs in my room. Huge ants, Spiders, Crickets and a lizard! felt cery uncomfortable sleeping at night

the bathroom is really small, the shower is close to the toilet so when you have a shower then everything is wet and you cannot even go to the toilet. They canceled me a previous reservation in the last minute. Booking didn’t help me even to find another. Really bad experience with Booking. They must help in this kind of situations.

Good base to explore Bali from

I really liked breakfast even though I always order same fried rice it was not feeling like same meal. Sometimes there was different vegetable used or egg was prepared differently. Pool was big plus either to quickly cool down or just lie on sun bed. Room was big enough for my needs. Table in room was big enough for notebook and mouse and electric outlet is conveniently located underneath. Stuff was really quickly able to resolve my problems with lights and climatization in my room or other problems suggestions I had. Nice view on rice paddies.

Pool could be cleaned more regularly. Initial problem with lights and climatization in my room. There is quite a lot of trash on plot next to hotel. Few WiFi problems over the whole stay.

Happy with my stay. As others have said, rooms need some repair, but they were painting and updating. Its nice to be a bit outside the bustle of Canggu. Nice staff, nice pool (loungers in shade but they have a pool floatie if you want a tan). some good restaurants nearby - K&A grill and Anita’s Italian. would stay here again.

there’s a lot of trash on the sunset facing side of the property - I don’t think it belongs the the resort but would be nice to have that area cleared of trash - can see sunset from small balcony’s on the 2nd floor rooms.
