Everything within walking distance. Property was clean and well maintained. Outside shower was nice to get the sand off prior to entering property.

Pros were that we were walking distance to the beach as well as a grocery store and restaurants. The unit was large enough for five adults to be comfortable. It was a quiet area.
The description says it’s newly renovated but that’s not true - it’s a bit worn out though not any more than you might expect for. Rental at the price we paid. We didn’t care for the deck view which was the Food Lion parking lot.
For a Long Beach weekend it was fine.
