Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2026! The deck furniture is made of long-lasting composite material and includes a large umbrella for shade on sunny days. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, and flat-screen TVs in the living room, bedrooms, and loft. You'll also enjoy access to two shared swimming pools. Here in North Ocean City, you'll be close to the beach (two blocks east), groceries, restaurants, miniature golf, Northside Park, and so much more! Things to Know Full kitchen The loft has a double bed No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Code didn’t work to the door, but Vacasa staff member was super helpful in unlocking quickly. Place was clean and equipped with games, toys, and items for the beach!

The house and location overall was fine. We were not happy with the cleanliness of the home. The floor was filthy, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the washer didn’t work for two days. We called to let them know and apparently they had it noted from the previous users but didn’t tell us. So it appeared that they were hoping we wouldn’t notice?? I talked to Vacasa and spoke to a couple of people saying they would do something but haven’t. So I am leaving a poor review.
