Not only will you be within walking distance of popular restaurants, shops, and activities on the north side of town; you'll have all sorts of at-home comforts, from central air conditioning to a private washer/dryer, waiting for you at the end of the day.
Sandy Square is an oceanfront property perched on the dunes in North Ocean City. It's wonderfully located only two blocks from Coastal Highway, which is lined with restaurants, casual eateries, shops, nightlife, grocery stores, and sources of entertainment for all ages. Northside Park is three-quarters of a mile north as well, offering lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and a host of annual events across its 58 acres.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Love the condo, the balcony, the fantastic view, the location- everything about the condo itself. However, the first night there, we had an incident with plumbers coming (unannounced and at 9:15 pm) and trying to force the door open. Police came and we were told that the plumbers were given a key by Mann Property Management and told no one was there so thought they could come in. Four teenage girls and I had to forcefully hold the door closed to stop the entry. The girls were terrified. According to the plumbers, the building manager gave them a key and said no one was in the unit. We called Vacasa and they were great- especially Bethany. The Property management company was terrible- rude, lied, basically blew us off. Curtis (guy in charge?) said he emailed me after the incident- he did not. He also said he notified the owner, which Vacasa said he did not. This impacted our entire stay, as we were dealing with not being able to use the bathroom with the leak for 3 days out of our 4 nights there. Vacasa has said we would be reimbursed in part for the situation and the owner agreed. I fault the Property management company for not following protocol and lying to me. And they should NEVER give someone a key to enter a condo without contacting the owner, renting agent or resident. This is our 3rd stay in this condo and we love it- but this was traumatic.
