The Monroe - Stylish 2 BD Apartment In Villa Orsan

> The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood, which was one of the highlights of our stay. We enjoyed a lovely sea view from the balcony, even though it was slightly in the distance. The bedrooms were well-maintained, and the apartment had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. > The kitchen was well-equipped, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. Accessing the apartment was very easy and convenient. The location is also great—just a 10–15 minute ride on Bus No. 6 from the Old Town, making it easy to explore the city while staying in a quieter area. > I would give the neighborhood a perfect 10 out of 10. Overall, the apartment exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay there again.

Good apartment

Very nice apartment in an excellent location. Everything important was close by and the area was great for exploring the city. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals easily, including an oven, microwave, large fridge, kettle and electric stove. The air conditioning was also a big plus and worked very well during our stay. Having two toilets was very convenient, especially for a group. The biggest highlight was definitely the fantastic terrace with a comfortable space for relaxing and eating outside — we really enjoyed spending time there. It was perfect to have private parking inside the building! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this apartment to other guests 😊

Close to supermarket (2mins 2alk) bus stop (5mins), Marina Frapa (5mins) and Copacabana Beach (10mins walk). Ample space for a family of 5 with 3 teeners. Immediate response from host. Checking in and out simple. Terrace excellent. Basketball court nearby, which is open to the public, made my son happy. From nearby Ivana Zajca, follow the 'walking trail' to reach Copacabana Beach, or sit down and relax by the marina especially at sunset. 20mins walk to Gruz Port for the ferry to Sipan, Kolocep, Lopud.

A dishcloth would be good

Przepiękny apartament położony w świetnej lokalizacji, właścicielka bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna. W apatramencie wszystko czego potrzebujesz, czyściutko i pachnąco. Dodatkowym atutem jest ogromny balkon. Polecam!!
