Ban apartment has 80 m² and consist of: 2 bedrooms (1 double bedded and 1 twin bedded), 1 bathroom with hydro massage bath tub, 1 separate toilet, modern furnished living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, nice balcony and private parking lot. The apartment is located right in between the port and the main street of Lapad.
The housing itself was great for our use. It had all the facilities of a regular home. A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, oh... and the AC was a blessing! It made it possible to actually sleep during the night.
The beds were great, however it would be smart to let the least heavy person sleep in the retractable bed in the sofa if you are more than four guests.
We had a great stay! Korina was a great host! She organized transportation to and from the airport and was helpful with any questions that we had. We would definitely book there again if we should return to Dubrovnik.

A very nice neat and clean apartment. The apartment had pretty much what we needed to make our stay in Dubrovnik very comfortable. The apartment is a distance from old town, but is only a short walk from the beach and very close to a market (store). The building and area seem to be very safe. Korina's relative that met us at the apartment was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend getting a Dubrovnik card. We did not take advantage of all that the card offers but just the City wall and bus tickets and trip to Cavtat was worth the price.
