There is all the amenities you need for a stay. The apartment is well furnished, including a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee and a coffee maker. There is a small pleasant yard
No parking spot available. You can park on the street but it is paid.

Only negative would be the street noise but that was quiet by the time we went to sleep
