The facilities at the property were amazing. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is modern, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent - close to the beach, within walking distance of the Old Town, and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and cafés. There are also shops nearby, which was very convenient. The view from the terrace was beautiful. It quickly became our favorite spot in the apartment, and we spent a lot of time there enjoying the view. The apartment had excellent blackout blinds in both the bedroom and the living room. They let in plenty of natural light during the day when open, and made the rooms completely dark at night, which was perfect for a good night's sleep. The apartment is also located on a quiet street, so despite being close to everything, it was peaceful and ideal for light sleepers like me. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The key collection point at the nearby mini market is just a short walk from the apartment, so it was easy to find and very convenient. The host was responsive to our messages and also offered us an early check-in for an additional charge, subject to availability. This was really handy for us on the day, and we really appreciated it! The apartment is also within walking distance of both the train station and the tram stop, making it a great choice if you're travelling from the airport or traveling to other cities.

We only had a few towels, and some of them weren't as clean as we expected. However, we had brought our own towels anyway, as that's something we usually do when staying in apartments like this. We also had to buy a few essentials such as hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper, and other basic items. We consider this fairly normal for self-catering apartments, so it wasn't an issue for us. We're only mentioning it as a heads-up for future guests so they can come prepared. Regarding the check-in process, the hosts were responsive enough, but we were asked to submit some information through a link, which initially made us feel a little uncomfortable (for digital security reasons). For some queries, they may also redirect you to WhatsApp and ask to send confirmations or requests through there. This felt like an unnecessary extra step, especially as communication will need to be coming from different WhatsApp accounts, which initially seemed a little suspicious to us. That said, everything turned out to be fine in the end, and we had no issues with the check-in or our stay. We’re only mentioning it as a heads-up, as it may feel a little unusual at first. Personally, we preferred to keep all communication through Booking.com and only used WhatsApp a few times when necessary.

Нам все очень понравилось! Удобная очень мягкая кровать, отлично работающий климат-контроль, окна закрываются ставнями и получается абсолютная темнота – спать было супер комфортно. Кухня оборудована не просто всем необходимым, а вообще всем, что можно себе представить (даже миксер и блендер были). Буквально за углом – отличный супермаркет, а на соседней улочке настоящая французская булочная с потрясающими круассанами. Терраса – отдельный огромный плюс, мы завтракали, обедали и ужинали на ней каждый день! Расположение замечательное: тихий район, но очень близко до всего, до моря буквально 10 минут пешком, рядом есть и платные, и бесплатные пляжи (кстати, в апартаментах были все пляжные принадлежности: зонт, мягкие подстилки и даже походный стул). 10 минут до туристических улиц с магазинами и ресторанами. Также можно за 15-20 минут дойти до старого города, cours Saleya и всех достопримечательностей.

Постельное бельё и полотенца не совсем плохие, но могли бы быть и лучше.

I truly enjoyed the location of the apartment in the charming Le Musicians neighborhood. It is a wonderful area, very pleasant and conveniently situated for exploring Nice. The apartment itself is also a positive aspect; it offers a great layout with a spacious one-bedroom and living room setup, providing plenty of comfort during our stay.

On the downside, the check-in process was quite confusing. Although the person communicating via WhatsApp led me to believe they would meet me at the property for a personal handover, I was instead directed to pick up the keys at a mini-market two blocks away. Additionally, the quality of the bed linens and towels was disappointing. Considering the nightly rate, I expected a higher standard of comfort, as the current quality did not quite match the value of the rental.
