The Debussy Terrace is a comfortable 2 bedrooms apartment with balconies and ideally located just few minutes from the famous shopping avenue Jean Médecin and the sea.
This 4 persons apartment offers a spacious living area. Its balcony overlooking the gardens of the courtyard is very popular for its calm. The prestigious shops, the pedestrian area and the sea are just a few minutes' walk away.
Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it benefits from free internet Wi-Fi by fiber optic
and is fully air-conditioned.
The apartment is located in the residential area of the musicians whose streets bear the names of famous musicians such as Verdi, Berlioz, Rossini, Mozart. It is recommended to walk there to admire the facades with the Belle Epoque architecture of the palaces and numerous hotels.
The proximity of the cafés and numerous restaurants in the pedestrian zone and the old town allows you to stroll and discover the local culinary specialties.

This room is accessed by a private corridor. The bedroom has a double bed, a closet, a dresser and a ceiling fan.

The bedroom has a double bed, a desk dresser and a ceiling fan.
BATHROOM :
Equipped with a bathtub, hairdryer, scales.
The toilets are separate.
You also have direct access to the bus and tram stops, allowing you to easily move around Nice and its surroundings.
The city offers a lot of self-service bikes stations, allowing you to easily drive into the city center. A station is only a few minutes' walk away.

Beautifully clean apartment with good facilities. Having a washing machine and oven was very useful. We like the musicians area as it is convenient for the railway station and tramway.
A dishwasher would have been appreciated.

The apartment is very well located and easy to reach. The neighbourhood is good and you feel safe even at night when you have to go home alone. Compared to other apartments it is also very large and offers a lot of space. Furthermore you will find almost everything you need in the apartment.
With Nestor & Jevees you also have a competent contact person.

The location is excellent for train, tram, buses as well as 10 mins from the beach and close to shops and restaurants.
The apt is clean and spacious and was perfect for 2 (or more) people. We had a great time and would stay again. Highly recommended.
