Lage im 16. Arondissement war sehr gut . Kleiner Lebensmittelladen ums Eck . Metro Station innerhalb 5 Minuten zu erreichen . Neben der Metrostation liegt ein toller Bäcker , bei dem man auch sehr gut frühstücken kann.
Leider quietschte die Schlafcouch bei jedem Umdrehen und es blinkte die ganze Nacht ein Licht im Flur , ich nehme an es war der WLAN- Router . Das war störend. Mobiliar teilweise renovierungsbedürftig , z. B. Kühlschranktür, Duschabtrennung und Hebel Toilettenspülung.

Our greeter Everaldo was very prompt and respectful in his communications and flexible in adapting to our check in needs. The property was spacious and clean and perfect location for quiet but close enough to key sites we wanted to see.
Only comment is kitchen not particularly well equipped and no milk or tea (only a couple coffee pods available) also we received message on our second day that someone would enter our apartment while we were out without really letting us know ahead of time or giving option to refuse.

Il proprietario era gentile all'inizio , la posizione non era male 25 minuti a piedi dalla tour euffel
Il proprietario non mi ha restituito i soldi del deposito cauzionale , dopo vari tentativi sia tramite email e anche telefonicamente non ho avuto nessuna risposta. Grazie a booking ho ricevuto il deposito cauzionale
