La casa es muy lindo por dentro, pina nos atendió espectacular. Tiene sillones comodos, y las camas son espectaculares. Tiene una vista espectacular.
Tuvimos muchos problemas con la electricidad de la casa cuando prendiamos los aires, saltaban las termicas. Hubo noches que dormimos sin aire y pasamos calor, por el precio que te cobraban deberian mejorar el equipamiento para cocinar, y el lugar de estar (Mesa, sillas) y las griferias de los baños.

Great position, the views are outstanding, spacious deck, fantastic seaside pool.
Lacked finishing touches for the price. The bones of the property are great, but lots of small details let it down. Lightbulbs not working, cheap beds and linen, I could mention lots, broken toaster, etc, just needs someone to bring it up to the standard it could/should be. The security lights in the bedrooms so sensitive that needed to be covered otherwise a bright blue light came on anytime you moved. No welcome pack, a small milk, bread might have been nice, there was a minimum of everything

Great villa-apartment in the small town of Praiano on the Amalfi coast. Very clean, fully furnished, spacious, and with all the necessary amenities. Two separate bedrooms and two separate (full) bathrooms with toilets (one bathroom is quite small, as correctly shown on the picture). The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable (which in our opinion is rather rare).
The highlight is most certainly the amazing terrace/balcony, which offers an incredible (unrestricted) view over the sea and Amalfi coast. It offers a lot of space, a covered and an uncovered area, a big table with chairs, a couch, some sunbeds, a Weber grill…everything you need for an amazing time. The parking area was right in front of the entrance (only some stairs down). The apartment is located in a “villa-complex” of several such apartments, and offers a direct (but steep) way down to the Sea. The bus stop is right outside the gate (up the steep driveway). The communication with the host was very easy and comfortable (mostly via WhatsApp). She spoke fluent English, and was very friendly and helpful. We (2 couples) had a great time.
Almost everything was perfect. Just some very small notes: Most batteries in all of the remotes were either (almost) empty or missing (please provide replacement batteries). The fully automatic coffee machine was broken, but we were provided with a coffee maker (filter) in additon to the traditional Italian espresso maker for the stove. It should be pointed out that if you travel by car, the driveway up and down is quite steep and narrow. Also, if the parking area was crowded, it might not be so easy to park the car (we were lucky since there were almost no other guests at the time of our stay).
Driving around the Amalfi coast is anyways quite challenging, so be advised and properly inform yourself ahead. Same goes for the limited grocery shopping options in the surrounding area. The nearest (very small) shops were around 10-15min walk from the apartment (mostly closed between 13:30-16:30), of course with very limited or no parking!
