About this apartment rental
Relax with the whole family at this cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath Villa in Shipyard’s Colonnade Club. Stroll to the pool or walk along a shaded path 10 minutes to the beach. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance and get rejuvenated. Bike ride in the early mornings or do your morning yoga on the beach. Work remotely if you must, but then go for a swim, play some golf, tennis or just be a "beach bum." This is your home away from home. Relax, Relate, Release. Restaurants and shopping all nearby.
The space
This Villa is located in The Colonnade Club within the gated community of Shipyard. It is on the ground level and has everything you need. The master bedroom is equipped with King bed, private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and Roku TV. The guest bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed and twin bunk bed. A sleeper chair is available that will allow more sleeping area for larger families. Kitchen is equipped with the necessary essentials to allow for some good home cooking if needed. Living room has a comfy sofa, arm chair with ottoman, side chairs, and Roku TV. Sit in the back porch or front porch for some quiet time while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or tea. Laundry room has washer and dryer. There is unassigned parking for two vehicles max. Parking pass/passes available at the security gate.
Other things to note
Beach cart, chairs, boogie boards and cooler available, plus fun beach toys for the little ones.

We have been Shipyard vacationers for 25 years and recently discovered this condo. I wish we had found it sooner. This property was perfect! The condo is on a quiet street with plenty of parking. Our stay here was wonderful. The beds are comfortable, all linens were clean and plentiful. The owners provided extra bedding and pillows if needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining in. All the beach supplies were in great condition and plentiful. We loved the choices of outdoor seating for our morning and evening routines. Our teenage children loved the proximity to the beach and Coligney Plaza. We will be back!
