We've stayed at this property, with our dog, several times. We love the location finding it convenient to restaurants and beach.

Lovely unit and ample room for our family of 4 adults and 1 child. We enjoy Shipyard plantation and the Evian complex. Would definitely stay again.

The property smelled like musty cigarettes. There were not enough bath towels, hand towels or wash cloths for a family of four. Towels that you step onto when done showering were hung up as hand towels. Floors were dirty and it was apparent that items were not moved to do a thorough cleaning (when master bath garbage can was moved there was a visible dirt ring where it had been). Sheets were full of hair and had to be washed before sleeping on. Master bedroom sheets were put on inside out. Poor lighting in bedrooms and master closet.Lastly there was not enough drinking glasses. However it has great proximity to the pool and tennis courts. Short bike ride or drive to the beach.
