Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, centrum ale cicho i spokojnie. Próba odtworzenia klimatu starej kamienicy.
Obecnie remont elewacji, nieczynny balkon.

Klimat azjatycki - minimalizm, ale z uwzględnieniem wszystkich potrzeb człowieka, więc przemienia się on w zaopiekowanie (prawie luksus!)
Niestety trwał remont i niemożliwe było wyjście na balkon.

Przepiękne wnętrze, totalnie w moim stylu i do tego wszystko bardzo dobrze przemyślane. Kontakty obok łóżka, genialnie wygospodarowana przestrzeń na łazienkę 😄 Byłam zachwycona! Kawa i herbata do dyspozycji, a na powitanie dostałam wino. Bardzo polecam ❤️ i kontakt z wlascicielem tak samo dobry. Lokalizacja świetna. Z pewnością będe tam wracać.
Nie mam się do czego przyczepić. Wszystko super

- zentral zwischen Bahnhof und Zentrum gelegen - schönes altes & gepflegtes Gebäude - Inneneinrichtung eine angenehme Mischung aus modern & alt - bequeme Matratze - viele Steckdosen - großer Balkon mit Stuhl & Tisch
- Balkon & -möbel unsauber - Toilettenbrille & Türklinke locker - leider verkehrsreicher & lauter als angenommen
