Evdokia's Rooms (Chora)

Location was excellent. Superb view.

The building, furniture and equipment (not counting linen) felt adequate rather than attractive. The location and view made up for this. Lack of instructions in non- Greek (e.g.concerning disposal of toilet paper and rubbish).

Fantastic location. Only 11 steps down from mini mart/ greengrocers/ bakery. A few minutes up to the windmills and restaurants / bus stop.

It did have the lovely view shown online but the " balcony " was so tiny it only fitted one small stool so we had to take it in turns to enjoy it. The room was so small the balcony doors couldn't open fully because the beds are in the way. Had to ask for a second chair ( which was supplied next day) . No table to eat off( table and chairs are shown online). Very poorly equipped kitchenette, no drinking glasses of any description! No electric kettle, had to boil water in a pan. Fortunately we were so near the mini mart as you have to use bottled water even to make tea. Not the fault of the owners, lots of the islands have problems with water at the moment but putting plugs in the kitchen/ bathroom sink would help not to waste so much ! No shower gel.
