Art Apartment in Kala Tbilisi Historic District

Расположение отличное! Из окна видно монумент «Мать Грузии». Много достопримечательностей в пешей доступности, кругом ресторанчики, сувенирные лавки, кафе, магазины, обменники. Недалеко место сбора экскурсий. В квартире есть всё необходимое для проживания, чисто, уютно. Хозяйка отзывчивая. Рекомендую!

Немного страшненький подъезд и крутая лестница, но это старые дома исторического центра Тбилиси. Если с маленькими детьми, то возможно будет немного шумно ночью, но нам это не мешало.

It was truly a very enjoyable holiday, and choosing this place to stay was definitely the right decision. Everything was perfect except for the entrance of the building, but I didn’t mind it at all since we had already known it was an old building when booking. Our host, Ms. Khatuna, was very understanding, helpful, and friendly. I felt safe throughout my holiday staying at her place. She was very attentive, and we thank her for that. Overall, the apartment was sufficient for our trip. Thanks to the roof window, it had a 360-degree panoramic view, which was wonderful. Sitting by the downstairs window, having coffee, and watching the street was also very enjoyable. Plus, the plants in the house were such a lovely touch.

The stairs were quite steep, but it wasn’t a problem for us in fact, it was even fun.

The location, building has a lot of character, spacious. Furnished with everything, including toothpaste.

Internet so slow (3mb download, 0.3mb upload) that it was completely unusable and we had to use our data roaming in our phones. Owner tried to help but with no success.
