Genieten op een prachtig groot ingericht terras met uitzicht op de bergen de zee en de stad en op wandelafstand van het
Goed ingericht dakterras met prachtig zicht en een goed werkende BBQ op gas. Voldoende bedgerief en badhanddoeken aanwezig.
De schoonmaak bij aankomst leek op het eerste zicht wel in orde maar had toch wel degelijker kunnen uitgevoerd worden, bijvoorbeeld veel stof op bovenkant deuren en op verlichting. Weinig kookpotten (wel veel pannen). In- en uitrijden garage (ook alleen met fiets) was niet zo gemakkelijk. Geen aparte plaats om fietsen te stallen.
