Apartment direkt im Zentrum für bis zu 6 Personen bahnhofsnah

We stayed here for three nights and were very happy with the apartment. It was exceptionally clean, well maintained and conveniently located. We arrived by car, but the train station is also within walking distance, and there are plenty of tram connections nearby. From a historical or architectural point of view, the immediate surroundings are not particularly attractive — mostly industrial buildings, offices and busy roads. But that was not an issue for us: we specifically chose a central location that would make it easy to reach the places we were interested in. Despite the nearby busy roads, we were not bothered by traffic noise at all. The instructions for collecting the key and entering the building were clear and straightforward. Having a dedicated parking space assigned to the apartment was also extremely convenient.

A few small things could make an already excellent apartment even better: We only stayed for a few days, so the limited wardrobe space was not a problem. For a longer stay, however, one or two additional wardrobes would be useful. I have no idea what designer came up with those shelves just above the bed, positioned practically next to your head, but I managed to hit my temple three times in the first 30 minutes. 😄 We eventually had to remove the picture and wrap the shelf in a blanket. Thankfully, extra blankets was provided in the apartment. Since the windows face east, the morning sun comes through the curtains quite early. Blackout curtains would be a worthwhile improvement. We never quite managed to get the dishwasher to wash everything properly — glasses, or cutlery on the third rack, would sometimes come out dirty. The machine was signalling that salt and rinse aid needed refilling, which might have been the reason. We eventually washed some things by hand - washing-up liquid, a sponge, a towel and a dishcloth were provided — all new and clean, thankfully! 😄 The cookware works with the induction hob, but the handles heat up as they are part of the cookware itself. If you are used to heat-resistant handles, it is very easy to grab one by habit and burn yourself — tested personally. 😄 We did not find any pot holders in an obvious place, so providing some would be useful.

Okolí ubytování vypadá jako opuštěné prostory - zarostlé nálety a odpadky. Působilo to na mě jako opuštěným a v noci nebezpečným místem. V noci hlučné místo. Spal jsem se zavřeným oknem a špunty v uších. Při platbě ubytování si ubytovatel strhl částku 2x (nejen zablokoval, ale i strhl) a přes týden mi tvrdil, že eviduje jen jednu platbu. Zasílal jsem potvrzení plateb z mé banky, vyplňoval formulář o platbě pro ubytovatele, kontaktoval podporu na Booking. Tato nejistota, zda peníze ještě uvidím, mi pobyt hodně znepříjemnila. Po cca se částka vrátila zpět na účet. Bez jediné omluvy a informace jak od ubytovatele, tak i Booking. Jakoby se nic nestalo. Neplaťte ubytování přes odkaz ubytovatele, ale jen zkuste jinou platební metodu v Booking. Ubytovatel má v platbách nepořádek.

Laute Umgebeung, Hauptstraße auch abends sehr laut. Fehlendes Reiniungsgerät (Besen, Staubsauger, Lappen) Wenn man mit Kindern Frühstückt sind Krümel nicht weit :) Doch leider nichts vorhanden, um groben Dreck zu entfernen. Geschirr und Töpfe zu wenig, wenn man an sechs Personen vermietet. Türcode bzw. öffnet nicht immer.
